The Grand Diplôme® with Internship Pathway consists of two diplomas: the Diplôme de Cuisine and the Diplôme de Pâtisserie, as well as a 3-month Professional Application period at Le Cordon Bleu Paris working in the various different kitchens, and a 6-month internship at one of our partner restaurants or hotels. The programme aims to provide students with comprehensive culinary training, followed by solid work experience to prepare them to work in a professional kitchen.

Grade 12 or bachelor's degree with minimum 60% from a recognised institution/university. For internship, French language with level 2 proficiency is required.
Remarks
Students will have to pay the application fee of € 200, which is non-refundable. The Grand Diplôme® with Internship Pathway program consists of a double diploma: Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie, as well as a 3-month practical application at Le Cordon Bleu in the different production areas and a 6-month internship in one of the partner restaurants or hotels. All demonstrations are in French and translated into English by an English-speaking translator so that all students can follow the lessons with ease. The tuition fee mentioned is for 1 year, the total course tuition fee will be € 57,800. MOI (Medium of Instruction) is required. If the medium of instruction for previous education was other than English, then it is mandatory for the students to provide an IELTS scorecard at the time of application.
