The Master’s in Media and Governance at the Graduate School of Media and Governance is an interdisciplinary graduate program designed to prepare students to analyze and address complex societal, technological, and governance challenges through a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical problem‑solving, and research‑based learning. Rooted in the belief that today’s societal issues cannot be approached from a single academic angle, the curriculum integrates a wide range of fields including policy, media, information and communication technology, environmental design, social innovation, and human sciences. Students are encouraged to undertake research projects, fieldwork, and applied studies, develop advanced skills in identifying real‑world problems, and propose innovative solutions that span technological and societal domains. The program culminates in the completion of a master’s thesis or project that contributes original insights toward media and governance issues in local and global contexts.
