Our mission is to continue to produce graduates who are uniquely prepared to act as leaders in the global economy. To this end, we believe that graduates must have a solid understanding of economics, a deep scholarship in the liberal arts, and the ability to put their skill and knowledge into practice. To give students the incentive and opportunity to achieve academic excellence at the highest level, the Faculty of Economics has continued to develop new and innovative educational programs. All-English programs (PEARL and PCP) are designed to provide a foundation for careers on the international stage. To give eager students a chance to study abroad, we offer double degree programs with Sciences Po (Le Havre, France) and Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) as well as student exchange programs with other foreign universities. Our renowned small-class seminar/tutorial system allows students to enjoy close interaction with faculty members and to develop the knowledge and expertise needed to solve real world problems.
