Recently, the importance of profit-type real estate and securities-type real estate have been highlighted, and interest in real estate transaction, evaluation and development, and real estate securities such as REITs are on the rise. In addition, with the advent of the era of low-interest rates, a high-intensity asset conversion is expected. In line with this trend of real estate, our Dept. of Real Estate sets the goal of nurturing experts with both investment practice and theory by focusing on real estate finance, securities, and the evaluation and development of profitable real estate. Our 4 full-time professors and 3 lecturers are committed to providing high-quality education.
