Accommodation
We offer single, shared and ensuite rooms, as well as private studio flats, across six different locations in Bath and at Newton Park campus.
We manage the Gardens and Lakeside Village halls at Newton Park and our Bankside House residence in central Bath. We've also partnered with Unite Students and iQ, who look after our Charlton Court, Waterside Court and Twerton Mill sites, based on Lower Bristol Road.
All Bath Spa accommodation is self-catered, securely monitored 24/7 and maintained in accordance with the Universities UK Student Accommodation Code.
Wherever you’re based, you’ll be able to access the best that the University and city have to offer.
Newton Park, with its lake, woodland paths and historical buildings, is ideal for students who enjoy the tranquility of nature. If you'd prefer to be closer to Bath's thriving city centre, with its independent shops, cafés, museums, arts and music scene, our other accommodation options will be a good fit for you.
