Located on our beautiful Rutherford campus less than a mile from the heart of Rutherford and lying just 10 miles outside of New York City, our Residence Halls offer students the chance to have a full college experience.

Elliott Terrace

Elliot Terrace is Felician University’s suite-style facility. Upperclassmen and Graduate Students are permitted to live in Elliot Terrace. Traditionally, six students are housed in 3 doubles per suite. Some suites do accommodate more or less students. Very few singles exist, as do a limited number of triple occupancy rooms.

Elliott Terrace has a community television/activity lounge, laundry, and a courtyard. Office of Residence Life (2C8) and the Security Office are located on the “C” level in Elliott.

As there are no kitchen facilities, Elliott Terrace Residents are required to participate in the Meal Plan.

Milton Court

Typical room: Double Room

Milton Court houses students in suites consisting of two double-capacity rooms which are connected via a bathroom.

Milton Court has a quiet study lounge, Community lounges, and laundry.

Placement

The students can earn an Internship in the university. The students must go through some process. The process is as follows : 

Make an appointment with CDC personnel to learn about internship possibilities and the internship process.

Once you've submitted all of your prerequisites, your information will be reviewed by the Career Development Center, your employer, your faculty advisor, and finally the registrar, who will complete your registration.

The Career Development Center, located in the Student Union Building room 4C on the Rutherford Campus, has forms available.
