Through work placed projects, guest lectures and projects together with companies you have the opportunity to train and prepare yourself for working life. We believe in practical learning and therefore the program includes project work where you run small and large projects together with your fellow students. This is a way of working that is similar to what you will encounter in real work environments and where you gain good experience for your future career and get a real sense of what it is like to work in the industry.
Established in 1977, Kristianstad University is one of the newest Swedish institutions of higher education. However, higher education in the region is much older. Teacher education can be traced back to 1835. A training course for nursing was started in 1893. Technical education was established in 1912.
Despite the young age of the institution of Business Administration the BSc programme in business administration is ranked top 3 in the country by the Swedish Council of Higher Education since 2012 (ranked 1st 2012 and 2017).
