In 2001 Learnkey was accredited by the prestigious City and Guilds UK to deliver various Diploma courses in Secretarial, Finance and Accountancy and Business. In 2015 we have been accredited by the ACCA both as a CBE Exam Centre and also to deliver the courses.

ILM, VTCT and LCCI were amongst the new foreign accreditations to be included in our portfolio as from 2009 mostly for Management Diplomas. In 2015 we have also been accredited by the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in delivering their prestigious Accounting and Finance Diplomas. Since the first days we have been operating from our main Head office premises and training center in B’Kara.

Placement

Relevant work experience is a key part of a hospitality management degree. Studying at Learnkey Training Institute provides you with two paid, professional internships with leading hotels in Malta and worldwide before you graduate. This proves invaluable when you start looking for your dream job in the future. Students earn academic credits for their work placements which are a compulsory element of the degree courses. Learnkey Training Institute’s Placement Manager administers and monitors the work placement process. Partner hotel companies visit Learnkey Training Institute to meet and interview students throughout the academic year. The emphasis on practical training (in Year 1) combined with comprehensive placements is essential for the development of the students’ skills in leadership, teamwork, personal organisation and attention to detail; all of which are vital for their role as future hotel managers.
